Hair Elegance at 12523 Limonite Avenue, Mira Loma, Eastvale, California.

When the owner/ Manager does hair she charges more than the other hair dressers. I brought in my 13 year old daughter less than a year ago for an easy color and trim and was charged $225. I was so mad at the charge, i never came back until yesterday, I should have known better. I brought my daughter for a cut and was charged $55. (Normally about $30 other times) AND after they charged my card then told me, '''oh you have 50% off a hair cut but since we charged the card we can do a free eyebrow wax" (eyebrow wax was $12, way less than 50% off $55) SO.. We waited 40 minutes before walking out, after being told it was a 5 min wait and then sorry a few more minutes wait because she was interviewing someone..apparently we didn't matter since it was going to be a free visit. Before both these visits myself and my 4 daughters & Niece had came here (did not have the owner lady) and were charged approx 30 and myself 40. I will NEVER go back. And like some, i know i go alone to have some me time, no kids... good luck with that.. her children just run around the salon all day.

**My sister and I are twins! I specifally asked to have the same hair or as similar as possible and this is what happened. Please review our horrific experiences!**

My sister and I went into the salon at 11am to get our hair done. We have blonde hair. We went in to get our roots touched up. We had about an inch of grow out. All we wanted was a BLENDED highlight root touchup. (See before pictures below).

The MANAGER MICHELLE did our hair. I thought that going with the manager would be a good choice. But boy, was i wrong!!
First off she is very rude and mean. Doesn't pay attention to what the client wants.

First session, she made both our hair extremely stripe-y. We had LINES instead of blended highlights like i asked. I am not a zebra, i am a human. So, i kindly asked to add more blonde to fill in the spaces. So with a groan *literally* she proceded to re-highlight my hair. She puts the bleach on and then my head starts to burn. I let it go for a little bit but then it really started to hurt so I called for Michelle and she literally got upset that she had to wash it out. Like it was a chore instead of her job to do so.

She washes out the bleach and then puts toner in. And leaves me for like 30 mins. She comes back to check on me and my hair is PURPLE AND ORANGE! So, obviously I freak out (rightfully so) and I ask her what we are going to do about this? So, she does anotherr bleach wash and it immediately burns my scalp. This is too much bleach already! I tell her to wash it off because I am afraid that my hair will break off. Michelle then mocks me and in a rude tone tells me, "It's fine! We will fix it".  Right then I knew that this wasn't going to change.

She proceeded to put more toner in. Literally did nothing. What happens? I now have ORANGE /BRASSY HAIR! She left the bleach on for too long and then left me in a toner for too long and when she washed me out, i had ORANGE hair! I was orginally blonde but she literally made my entire hair orange!

While my hair was toning, my twin's hair was processing from the bleach and after she saw what Michelle(the manager) did with my hair, she did not want it happening to her. But she still got messed up. My twin's hair is EXTREMELY patchy and is white blonde with orange stripes! (See pictures!)

This woman who did our hair is the MANAGER! She claims to have a license but I honestly think that was a lie. Now im sitting here and my scalp is burning.
I literally started BLEEDING on my scalp because of her. And at the end of our session she STILL expected us to pay her. I said no way in hell! And she has so much pride that she cannot even apologize for messing our hair up! WORST SALON EXPERIENCE EVER! I got my refund and walked out.
